Additional practical information
TRAVELLING FROM / TO AIRPORT By taxi (approximate cost DKK 160) By train. The train station is in Terminal 3 (just continue straight ahead after customs). A one way ticket to Copenhagen centre (main railway station Hovedvanegården) costs DKK 19.50. You can buy your ticket directly in Terminal 3. Trains leave every 10 mins. and travel time is approx 15 mins. The Scandic Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the station. (See separate map showing location of Scandic Hotel, Axelborg Conference Centre, Tivoli Gardens and railway station.)

TIVOLI GARDENS - ENTRANCE CARDS When you register for the conference you will receive a name badge and an Entrance Card which will allow you free entrance to the famous Tivoli Gardens for 2 full days, 6 and 7 June.

OPTIONAL PLANT VISIT - 5 June 2001 (11.00 - 16.30) Berendsen's Helsingborg plant, Sweden Participants to meet at Copenhagen airport Meeting point - outside Terminal 3 near the Taxi stands (i.e. if arriving directly at airport most flights arrive directly at Terminal 3) after customs turn right for exit, there will be a Berendsen sign just outside)
11.00	departure by bus from Copenhagen airport (crossing new Oresund bridge into Sweden) to Helsingborg
12.00 - 14.30	Lunch and plant visit
14.30	return to Copenhagen via Helsingborg - Helsingor ferry
16.30	(approx): arrival at Scandic Hotel

OPTIONAL PLANT VISIT - 7 June 2001 (13.15 - 17.15) Berendsen's Helsingborg plant, Sweden
13:15	departure by bus from Scandic Hotel, crossing into Sweden by ferry from Helsingor to Helsingborg
15.00-16:15	plant visit
16:15	return to Copenhagen via the new Oresund bridge
17:15	arrival at Copenhagen airport and then on to Scandic Hotel (approx 18.00)
Please note: If you have booked for one of the plant visits, please let the E.T.S.A. Secretariat know as soon as possible if, for some reason, you have to cancel. Otherwise it may cause delays for the departure.
